It's a completely legal way for you to get ownership of it, assuming you have a business license.
    Tim,
I think that's if you have the name, address, etc of the owner, so that they can be notified the lien action is taking place. In this case, it looks like the Insurance Co. is the "owner" as they paid off on the car. I don't think Bennetts22@aol.com has any of the contact info on the owner.

I'm VERY interested in the whole car... I'm thinking of getting rid of my Touring and I have the luxury of living in NH where I don't need a title to register that thing! Just a bill of sale!

that vert is the very car I would trade/sell my Touring for (and the Touring isn't even done yet!)...

This car came from an insurance auction I was watching it, it has a WI junk title which means a part only vehicle, this happens when the insurance company can not obtain the proper paper work or the value of the vehicle does not justify the amount of paperwork plus the storage fees charge the auction, this car may very well might be registered on another state.

got a hold of the old owner from a ticket in the car. I guess he bought it about a month or so ago from a local guy for 4000.
in that time he put a deck in it trashed it and had 18in ganster rims on it. Insurance paid him 3700 for the car. I asked him if he knew his car was rare. he stated that he didn't think it was to popular but didnt think it was rare. I then told him there was like 170ish made. There was a 10 second pause. I regret not telling him what it would of been worth if in good condition

Pics of the dash? why, it looks just like any other E30 dash. Court, this is an old thread so I doubt it.

^ maybe this is the one the girl ended up buying. She did get it for a pretty good price, and if I do recall... it was in WI.
