You cant beat character, in the form of OEM.

A chip, good maintenance, and proper gearing with good wheels and tires is enough to make buying an Eta a good choice.

    soooooo true

You have 4 e30's and neither one of them is an E? I currently have 2 I's and 2 E's. I always drive my eS. It maybe a little slower, but out of corners and for city driving, it's by far more fun than my last iS.

It's not super fast, and I am not beating any supercars, but I get amazing gas mileage for the kind of driving. My lowest city mpg is 24, the rest of the months it stays in the upper 20's and lower 30's. Highway is a whole other world. Going 70 in fifth at idling RPMs.

            Best car for the money.
How do you get your ES to 70 in 5th at idling rpms, that's a dream come true, mine hums along at about 2800...
Looking for a LIFT kit for my 325es.... can't afford any more exhausts or oil pans.... any advice would be welcomed.

I like mine a lot. Looking foward to putting my S52 in front of that 2.93. Efficiency and ponies..

By the way, I noticed your signature.. you need more spring rubbers to raise that sucker up.

its not going to go anywhere with a 2.93. You need much lower gearing. I run a 3.91

It should go alright with the dogleg gearbox.

If he uses a ZF gearbox a 2.93 will be fine.

I have an M30 with a 3.46. guzzle guzzle guzzle
I could (and should?) go lower, but, I can already do 105 in 3rd...

I love eta's. My old one (from daN) was almost on par with the 2.5 in hp and beat it in torque with a shaved head, i throttle body, intake and airbox, chip and exhaust and still got ~29mpg

If they made a late model eta 4 door I'd buy it right now.

Actually, I'd buy an 88 325. I'm gonna start looking for one.
