    Where does this go?

So...In checking the engine bay for vaccum leaks...I found this:

Where does it hook up to?

    Its located around here:

And It also had this covering it...

Also..found this...where the heck does it go?

    Any help is appreciated!

    Shameless pic of the vert!

I think it ran and hid from that horrendous red intake manifold . . . .

it attaches below the intake (is your idle all funky now?) second wire looks like it is the strap for the spark plugs (goes around the front/top of the motor, attaches around a spark plug wire).. or if the car isn't running, then it's from the pulse generator by the lower harmonic balancer (big metal wheel with teeth on it)

            Best of luck,

Charcoal canister to the nipple on the bottom of the throttle body. IIRC

Yes my idle is funky...has been and I've been looking for the culprit...so does it attach to the charcoal cannister or to the intake?

Do you have a picture of where the second wire..goes? I'll check my bentley...the car is running...idle is rough, it actually sputters

Not sure about the wire, but the tube with the nipple attaches to another nipple attached to the bottom of you throttle body. It is a pita to get to, but when it is on just use a zip tie to keep it from slipping off. Make sure it isn't cracked anywhere as well, or your car will still act like there is a vacuum leak, which.... there is.

Good tip...I'll be sure to square that up...this explains the rough idle.

It can't go to the flux capacitor...I pulled that out a while back..it was malfunctioning.
