        It is probably broken. Mine is, but who really gives a fuck, it is just cruise control.

                Question, how do you remove the steering wheel, non airbag one. OEM?

                    Remove center roundel or horn, put key in ignition, use 22mm socket. Without the key it locks in place.

                    Other stuff:

                    -The headlight knob controls the dash light brightness by twisting it left or right
                    -The 'memo' button is really just an alarm that beeps on the hour
