    Poor wet weather handling

Does anyone elses e30 handle like a pile in the rain? Even after an alignment and new tires I dont feel confident on the freeway during rain. The car feels like its all over the place. Car is lowered too.

    Idk what else to do.

You must have shitty, terrible tires.

With the Kunho SPT's on my car I could run 80 on the turnpike in a heavy rain.

I'm in the tire boat as well. It is the only thing that contacts the road.

Drive slower in the rain. Problem solved.

Yeah, I used to not be able to go above 50 mph in any kind of rain.

A set of good tires solved that. In the rain I used to be able to kick the rear out just by accelerating in first (I have an E)... Now it grips all the time.

I've run my car at the track in the rain with no problems. I would say better tires and make sure they are properly inflated.

Tires. My car came with winter tires that would slide in the rain because they couldn't channel the water out effectively.

What are your alignment specs? It is likely you changed your toe quite a bit when you lowered the car. Similarly, did you take all the weight off your rear tires by lowering the car more in the front?

About a month ago, I spun out in the rain with light throttle in a gentle curve in 3rd gear. I think the tires were at least partly to blame, because they were old enough to have started dry rotting even with plenty of tread left.

I have new tires now, and the car grips much better. I agree with the previous posters, tires are the first thing to consider.
