thanks man, ive owned it for 18 years, it just sits in my folks garage the last 10 years. i take it out for 1 show a year. kelley park in san jose,ca.
its in april. it is far most one of the best vw shows on the left coast.

Fahrenheit GTI? Cool. Those and the Fahrenheit GLI's were particularly weak sellers for some reason, I guess the thought of a orange or yellow GTI/GLI wasn't as appealing as silver or black. Not sure, I always thought they were pretty cool.

sorry but that is not what the MKVI looks like, it looks like the one below..

the front end looks less Audi-esque now in favor of the Scirocco front, but they still look damn good. I dunno, right now I would not get an MKVI to replace my MKV unless it was the GTI-R. I think that the MKV will be more significant than the MKVI as well from an automotive 'history' standpoint, basically put GTI's back on the map. And last anyone has heard we will not be getting the Scirocco in North America, at least not yet.

Yeah in the US it seemed so, they were pretty strong in Canada though. Also I think the demographic could not get past the DSG sometimes. "waaaa, I want a manual! It's not a car unless I can row through the gears, waaaaa!!"
