        Welcome!!! I agree with all you guys. Damn, I like this guy. Sounds like the most intelligent new e30 owner ever. Anyway, great e30. You'll make an excellent addition to the community.

                  kencopperwheat - it's an '87 Carrera. Here's a shot of the 996, fresh off the, uh, digital camera:



                  It's an '01. bought from a guy in Michigan last April....only 5400 miles on it!

                          Seemed like you were familar..... the guy who wrote on Bf.c about the E30 being more connected and you liked to drive it almost more than the 996?

                          You had a lot of experience to share, and maybe could have a lot of input. :)

                            Yeah, that was me. I drove the E30 for two weeks after I got it, and didn't drive the 996. I just loved tossing the E30 around so much. After that bf.c post, though, I took the 996 to work, and got on it after it warmed up. When the rush of acceleration was over, I decided both cars are good, just different, and I'm keeping them! :D
