The stupidity of Ricers reaches a new high...

    From the article:

"The story of how I got my 1969 Mustang Convertible starts with my 1995 Honda Accord.

When my daughter Jessica was in high school, her then-boyfriend loved to fool around with the Honda. He put a huge spoiler on the trunk, colored lights on the windshield sprayers and added various other frivolous doodads.

One day he showed me, under a tarp in his parents' garage, the Mustang that his grandfather had purchased new in 1969. It had about 50,000 original miles on it and had been garaged by his uncle for 20 years. The plan was that he would get it as a present for his 18th birthday. But he really didn't want it - he preferred the Honda!"

    Let's see - riced out Honda, or a low-mileage 69 Mustang Convertible?

I can understand some people don't really like classic cars. I can't understand not liking them though. Maybe some people would think that way, but me, I think that's douchey.

I like some Mustangs. Mostly 64-68 then 87-present. But if something you got was worth some money. The 69 case in point. It could always be sold to get what you wanted.

I'm not a big fan of American cars and not a "muscle car" guy at all, but I would love to have a nice '69 Mustang vert any day.

                a real clean, plain one with a 289ci and a 4-spd

Same. There's a few that I like, but I'm really not into muscle cars at all.

Ehh, I've always been a chevy guy personally. Accord over a classic mustang, though? Even I would drive the 'stang if it was given to me.
