I'd say, anyone voting 1000 or greater has not driven so much as 500 miles to pick up a car.
An e30, no. A REAL investment like a porsche or ferrarri, thats a different story

It was on the Fresno Craigslist for nearly a month. Nobody there wanted a stick. If that same car would have been on the LA or SF Bay area Craigslist, it would have been gone in a day. It pays to go a bit farther outside your local area to find the right car.

Too bad I totaled that E30 in Dec, it was a sweet E30
Man, 2 months ago I went to LA from Fresno to pick up my e30... I wanted a stick:)
You took that car before I had a chance to see it on Craigslist.

I voted anywhere. I travelled down to VA twice for my M3. Once to check it out and drive it and then the second time I came back with a trailor to bring her home :D

at the end of last semester my friend drove from VA to Pheniox AZ to pick up a legit right-hand-drive Integra Type R. He brought the motor and drivetrain down in pieces in the back of his GSR, assembled it all there in 4 days, and drove it home the following week. THAT, is dedication
