Plastic water pump eh?
Why not do it yourself? It takes like an hour TOPS to do.
Get a new waterpump for 45 bucks, use permatex waterpump and gasket maker after you cleand the surface on the block, bolt up and let it cure for 24 hours (you dont have to but it will never leak if you let it cure) and you are set.
Its pretty darn obvious nothing about the pump was touched, look how dirty is it and the caked rim of dirt and oil on the pump at the bottom.
Even with a new pump (which this one wasnt) it can still leak if the gasket was compromised, when i was a n00b a few years back, it leaked because i didnt clean the surface 100%, and use the wrong permatex brand goopSince then i never had a pump leak since i learned how to install one correctly,

BTW, "Permatex" goop isn't necessary for a water pump replacement. Clean the mating surfaces well and use the paper gasket supplied with the new pump.
If you want to make life easier, use some spray tack to hold the gasket in place while you mount the new pump.
