              Sounds like more of a volcanic fart than an eruption.

                  meh.. this is nothing compared to the 1980 eruption. but most of you weren't around for that.. not that I rememeber too much, except everything being covered in ashes.

                      yeah what a fucking letdown. They called that an eruption. I saw bigger smoke plumes when I opened the front door to my friends house last Saturday.
                      Im now E30less.

                        Wasn't there some guy in 1980 that predicted it was going to be huuge, and all his fellow scientists told him it was going to be minor, like this?

                        Then the whole side of the mountain blew off.

                            Not compared to the freaking Hawaiian VOLCANIC ISLANDS!!!!! I lived in Millilani in the 80's man they have serious volcanoes in Hawaii, went to the big island and walked around in volcanic fields, you could see the lava just oozing & cooling/heating really cool!

                              Actually, the eruption in 1980 was like the biggest in recorded history. It created the largest landslide ever known and blew like half the mountain off.
