I'm curious. How many people DD an e30?

mines been my only car for the last 7 years and almost 100,000 miles. It really hasn't let me down, although I've definitely broken a few things (nothing since I ditched the automatic). Even as modified as it is now, I rarely have any problems with it, and the ones that I do have are pretty minor. 212k on the clock and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it across the country.

Been DDing them since 2004. It's just a standard, bottom class BMW from the 80's. I don't think it should be considered anything more unless it's extravagantly modded or extremely rare for one reason or another.

My first one was donated to my lil bro, and I'm daily driving my second one. It's slammed, wheels tucking and rubbing, pretty aggressive for the streets, but I still DD it. I wouldn't garage any car that I own.

you're cool, E30s are such crapboxes. when do you upgrade to the E36? ;)

I just sold my daily ('95 540i/6), so the E30 is back to DD duties of at least 70 miles per day going to and from work. It's a loud but fun ride. :)

Sometimes the backup turns into the "loaner" E30 when my brother in law is in town. Then I'm down to one backup. that scares me.

With the exception of ice/snow, heavy thunderstorms ie hail, I DD'd mine until I blew the M20 up back in January.

Once I get done with S52 swap it will go back to being a DD with the exception of the aforementioned situations.

I'd like to get another.
