Well I took the head off too so I just took the headers off with the head. But the six bolts that connect the header to to the rest of the exhaust I used a lot of combinations of swivel sockets and long extensions. They're a bitch, but not impossible.

Im interested to see how these line up with a stock system. Doesn't seem like you can go wrong for the price!

If you don't have A/C installed you might want to flip the oil filter/cooler housing as well while you're in there, makes it one hell of a lot easier to change the filter.

                    Like so:

okay headers on, but the cat and everything is off. the x-pipe will not connect to the stock system at all, also the bung placed the oxygen sensor way to close to trans pan, so I'll get another bung welded on when I take the car to a exhaust shop to get the cat section re-done. The headers bolted to the head just fine, touches the oil cooler line but very lightly. so I guess I'm driving open headers down to the exhaust shop:)still haven't started the car.

whats happens if I drive to the exhaust shop with no o2 sensor hooked up?(run rich or lean?)

forget about the O2 sensor, running open headers will make the engine run lean.

haha, got the car back home,(50ft of driving) its amazing sounding, hahaha I love it, now just need the muffler and cat put on. I've driven without muffler before and this is 10 times louder than that. throttle response was good even with out the o2 sensor. those were the only problems, bolted up to the head just fine, slightly touching the floor right now but fits good. Its worth the money, but the x pipe doesn't line up to the stock exhaust either. I say its worth it but took about 4 hours to get everything done.
