thanks man, appreciate it. 107KM motor is a great find, where in Europe are you?
: )
haha well I took plenty of time.. thank ya.
Check out AutoScout24. there is a great phone app and you can save your search so it's easy to find out when new tourings are posted. I got this one for around 3.5kUSD, but if I could do it again I may consider searching specifically for one in Italy / Spain / Portugal for apparently significantly less rust.
DM me if you get serious and have specific questions..
Those are cool huh? I wondered a bunch what the style 18 would look like on there and pretty happy with how it came out. I may give them a year or two and then may search for a set of AC Sch type 1 some day ...

Looks great, enjoyed seeing the build thread.
The wheels make it look all grown up.Leave a comment:

Man I want wagon/touring so bad. I've had a few wagons from different makes over the years. I would love to get into an E30 touring.
Beautiful ride man.Leave a comment:

yo thanks, I have read and seen a ton of inspiring e30s on this page and it's like each one offers a little more motivation ~ethirtydavid Congrats on the COTM! Builds like these give the rest of us hope that our projects are not as bad as they may seem.

haha yeah thanks, that was a bit of an experiment. I used a couple ounces of automotive paint mixed in with the raptor liner
thank you, it's super stiff but it drives very comfortably. GC mixed with Bilstein dampers seems to be a good combo.

disgustingly clean. the interior especially, and love the lower gray accent line, don't believe i've seen that before on the non-mtech bodies. fancy feast

hey thanks a lot. the bay in your sig photo looks outstanding~
yeah I ended up with some rust in that entire battery area of the motor bay and I already had a plan to relocate the battery to the trunk, so I reworked that space.

Congratulations on COTM!
Engine bay looks clean. Did you remove the battery tray up near the firewall?Leave a comment:
