ET19 is a little too aggressive, you will need to trim the rear flares (underneath where you can't see from the outside) and roll the rear lips flat. Even then you may still have rubbing issues with 205/50-16s.

Try to stay between ET25-ET30 for an "aggressive" offset. 15x7 ET24 euroweaves are a good example.

Nice pick up looks like you got a really solid foundation to start with.
In addition to the plastic bumpers I'd put the stock kidneys on it, the black ones look out of place on your car.

got a couple of other issues. drivers side window goes down fine but comes up reeaal slow. do I need a new motor or is there an easy fix? gauge cluster doesn't light up?

I'd suggest putting in the E36 or E46 center console with cupholders/armrest.
They're a couple of threads and write up's on here on how to do this mod (if you got the $ go e46 if you wanna spend like 20 bucks go e36). One of the best mods, the armrest is pimp.
