I paid 93 to get the differential seals TODAY. Wanted to finish and drive tomorrow. I'll be demanding my money back for the shipping.

Yup, love it!
Bad thing is I have one for my Sequoia, didn't realize it has the adapter for BMW :P
lol
It runs! The DME needs to learn so it needs to warm up, & it's open headers so sounds like a P51 (which is pretty cool actually)
Finally found blanks that fit the M console.

Subframe out, nightmare is too small a word.

Spring comparo.

Also, fluids.

I need to do all the fluids and am doing the rear subframe bushings which requires removal of the rear end and brakes, I have to bleed the hydraulic system including the clutch slave so that's next. The rear shocks and springs will go in when it goes back together.
Also. Mock up....

I hope it goes in like this, getting the belt on was a massive pain in the butt!
Had to release the outside PS pump bolt & hold the tensioner as far as it would go with a gigantic breaker bar on my long ratchet (with my shoulder) while levering the belt on with a screwdriver.

The SC mount replaces the alternator bolts, and the power steering pump needs spacers due to the S54 oil filter housing.

Headers are on the motor, less than no fun even out of the car.

From the builder, I have an OEM 1.74mm HG coated with a copper high temp sealant. Sounds pretty damn cool to me! :PLeave a comment:

Maybe this will shed light.

Oversized SC cooler came.

Mounted on the S54 radiator

Not sure. I'll ask.
It was before the storm, some kind of road debris. Something black, there were several, I moved trying to avoid it but it got me.Leave a comment:
