Just picked up a Sterling Silver 1991 318is. Tan interior, non-sunroof. Car isn't a 10, but was close enough that I can get it there. PO had hit his curb, cracking the oil pan, so that is first on the list. Then I will be replacing the regular tan seats with some spare tan sport seats we have lying around. Then, will replace airbag wheel with M-tech 1 that is also lying around. After that, I plan on revamping the stereo.
Car is already dropped, but not sure with what just yet. Rides a LOT softer then the cup kit on my older 318i, so I might be switching those over until I can afford the setup I want. Car has already had the front suspension gone through, though. M3 offset bushings, new a-arms... So that is nice.
On to pics....

Dash has cracks, but we have a crack free dash in the track car. Have to see if I can convince my buddy to let me swap it out. :D You can see the spare fogs that the PO gave me, in the seat and on the floor in this pic.

The unfortunate thing about the car is that someone thought they knew how to wetsand. But forgot the water. Or something. Every panel, except the drivers side fender, door, and rear quarter, have sanding marks. Enough that it will require a repaint. But, for the price I picked this up for, I have no issues dropping the money for that. Rust is VERY minimal. And that should be address during painting, as well.
Here is the roof as an example of what they did. Sad.
