I love it when shops cover the entire interior like that. Makes them that much more professional.

Installed. Not a fan of the black lip, but whatever it's just for the winter!

Picked up another iS lip that I painted matte black using Duplicolor trim paint. This is my winter lip, since the RyanG splitter on my other one will prob act as more of a shovel than anything.

Put in e36 window switches last month, but the illumination light didn't work (blue bases). I read that a ton of other ppl had a similar issue w the blue bases not working after wiring things up, so instead of paying $120/switch for an OEM one from ECS, I took a stab at the cheap amazon ones for $4.50/each. Out of the box they appear and click like the oem ones, but had a hard time getting them to fit into the base. I snapped off the tabs on the upper corners and it fit right in. They worked! Only one more issue was that one switch illuminated brighter than the other (but both illuminate), so I'm going to see if they can send me a replacement switch. They switches do stay lit even w the headlights though which don't bother me....

Btw trick to reinstalling that elephant trunk....lather it w dish washing soap. It made it easier to slip it on (at least I think mine is on).

Dropped off my M3 to my body shop in Nj (Final Touch Collision) for some minor paint touch ups before it goes away for the winter. My OCD craze is getting the best of me....

They always give me and my cars the white glove treatment.....apparently I'm not the only one who has an OCD....the owner of Final Touch clearly does as well.

Threw the snowboard racks on, cleaned out the elephant trunk (damn that thing was clogged and a bitch to put back on), and rainx'd all the windows in prep for snowboarding season!
