heres how the runners will feed in. Still rough markings. I may need to adjust the size of the holes depending on how the V stacks fit

Ok. Heres a decent update.

First gather materials.


make a template from poster board.


Then cut out of 6061 aluminum sheet

Massage to fit curves


Test fit with masking tape to hold it


Needs a little adjusting before Tig


New fuel delivery setup coming together


Now all thats left to do is make the runners and weld them to whats left of the lower M42 intake, add some velocity stacks inside the plenum and install the fuel rail mounting brackets along with new fuel lines and adjustable FPR.
