Ended up getting $14,300 from the mother fuckers.

S50 has been being prepped at my shop. Going to try and get the swap done real soon. Just have to buy another car.

Comparables in your favor for price and similar upgrades, or adjusted for. Not settling, and having lots and lots of receipts of everything..especially aftermarket improvements. It is considered. I just went through the same shit.

2 things: Paid for a professional appraisal of the car, and took the responsible party to small claims court and sued for 7500 dollars (the max allowable in the state of California.)
