Sorry it took so long but I found the sketch for the rear caliper mounts (see attached)
These are for the Wilwood Dynapro caliper p/n: 120-9706 using Lee's rotor hats and .810 x 11.75 rotors.
here's all the part #'s I used for the brake setup:
Rotors F/R - Wilwood 160-7102-BK (.810" x 11.75")
F Calipers - Wilwood Dynapro 6 (1.38, 1.00, 1.00 pistons) p/n's: 120-10134/120-10135
