Picked this up today 1990 325is. I am not even done with my other E30 project that I bought from December and here I am again. This is my 3rd E30. My second one was the donor car.
I had it towed because I noticed the oil cooler was leaking oil. Power steering reservoir was empty so I filled that with fluid. Put some more oil in it. Driver side sport seats is broken. So I already couldn't drive the damn car because it's stuck reclined. Needs a new front valance and bumper strips. There is water in the trunk. But all these are fixable. I have a donor car that I can do some real carnage. It's obvious that it was repainted with low quality prep so you can see imperfections. Sunroof has rust in it. I regret selling my sunroof cover from my donor car now. But slowly and surely we can get this thing running again. If anyone is selling a lower valance I could use it and pm me for prices.

Bought this last December and it has a knock on the engine. But donor car gives me a fresh engine with low miles.






Got a lot of stuff to do in both cars. Could use all the help I can get.

question can that lower valance on the silver one be replaced ?

or is that a panel beating job ?

the lower valance can be replaced for another one. I think bav auto sells it.

op, if youre thinking on selling the rear bumper, lmk.

Okay so today, took the whole front end of my car off and I replaced the oil cooler. No more oil leak there. While underneath, I discovered that the engine mount was completely flattened out and cracked. It could be why the fan was rubbing on the radiator.

So I went to HFT to return a certain tool that I bought a few days ago and realized I had bought the exact same thing a month ago. LOL. Then came out with 3 other things, they had the parking lot sale. I broke my blow gun this morning after dropping it so I had to get that.

We'll see, let's get her back on the road first and then think about that after I've recovered from the expenses this will put me through... the possibilities are endless with an e30 though. 245k miles, might be time for an S50, who knows? (In my dreams)
