Don't get me wrong but the rims are awesome! but I don't know if they belong on that color. Maybe the silver version of those...
They were bought a few years ago and had active duty on my Cooper S until just recently.Tirerack has the package right now for about $2750 USD.

Not so much of an issue since they were paid for a while ago. They won't be as much as the car for long. Once finished, they'll be only a fraction of the total cost.

There is a very (very, very) good chance that the 318is will get a S14 and associated e30 M3 bits.

I still have it minus the shell. Don't ask, its not a pretty story. Suffice it to say I'm due for some good luck sooner or later.

Very nice Kev, but then again, you have excellent taste in wheels ;)

It was sad to read the story about your M3, always been one of my favorites but i'm glad to see it may live again in your 318 :)

I agree, just add some fogs and it would be perfect. The new wheels are nice but would look better in a lighter shade of silver *imo*

So you are the guy that bought Ryan's white E30. That car is in excellent condition, and if I didn't have tuition to pay that car would be mine. If you ever decide to sell the wheels let me know please.

                      Keep it slideways!!

This week, I got the necessary hardware to mount my BBS RG-R wheels that used to be on my Cooper S.
did they need centering rings to go on the Coop? they have smaller centerbores than e30s right>? so that'd be only way they'd be swappable right....

Yup, that's me. I'm in Brampton as well. I'll let you know if it ever comes to me selling the wheels. The only scenario I can think of will be if I swap over my e30 M3 brakes on to the 318is.

The car is in excellent condition except for the suspension and engine. :D Its getting some much needed TLC in both departments.

Sort of... BBS uses something they call Perfect Fit System. Basically BBS uses special hub centric rings that are machined aluminum that are held in place using spring clips. To use the wheels on the e30, I had to remove the old PFS setup for the MCS and install the one for the e30. I also had to add 15mm spacers to bring the offset into check.

Looks nice Kev. Your M3 was probably one of my top 3 all time favorites. Why didn't you get another M3?

What suspension is on that new car right now?
