I did the same to my GF e36. The only problem is on hot days it has a tacky wet feel but it wont actually come off.

+1, really digging that the contrast door cards. I have black door pulls and pockets on my E30 that I thought I liked but the border ties it all together nicely and is really cool.

Did you use any leather conditioner? I waited about 24 hours then used leather conditioner and it feels great even in 100* temps
