Car is looking great Glnr13! Will follow your progress on the tucked radiator with interest - I'd like to do one on mine so that I can reinstate a clutch fan and run AC.

megasquirt first, get that up and running solid with the stock setup. then wasted spark, still undecided if I want to use coil on plug or just remote. after that's sorted i'll go to ITB. a little wiretucking here and there in between those steps.

    I guess it's time for a mid-year update.

Spent many hours swapping in the big trans at sherpaking's in April. Modified the shifter plate to mount on the top side of the tunnel and added a dssr, much more firmer and very little play. Feels really solid. Trans almost got put in without fluid, thanks for catching that Charlie! So much more confidence when I drive it. New driveshaft, giubo, center support bearing installed at the same time.

    Door handle died, easy fix.

Got a new fancy lighted key, modified and upgraded to LED.

I thought my Spal died on Friday but it was a fuse failure. Looks like I used too big a fuse and too small of a wire in there so it was time to do it all right. I took the opportunity to wire in a temp switch off of the radiator.

Also reflowed all connections to the speedometer and successfully got it to work again. Nice to know how fast I'm actually going after it stopped working 4 years ago.

Still have a few things on my want to do list. More to come soon.
