            6al is wired up and works great. Crisp clear and super snappy now. Doesnt break up @ 4.5 and 5k but still only revs to 5.5k. Its super crisp up to 5.5k but wont go past it. Think maybe my tach might be off since i have a 6k pill in it. May switch to a 7k pill and see if i can rev higher.

                  My s4 was shit tagged and i got a 4 door on the cheap so my attention has ben turned on to that.

                  The distributor went out last weekend. Gonna start cutting out the core and swapping the rear subframe soon. Stay tuned

                    Knowing it was gonna be down for a while, so.....

                    Then

                    Aluminum rad and taurus fan. Had to cut everything out to make room. 3.8l Taurus fan moves 2500cfm on low and 4500 on high. Its a little thick compared to a slim line (about 3.5-4") but with a bit of ducting i should have zero issues with it running hot in any condition.







                    Lower mount is all done. Gonna start the top then move onto the rear subframe and racecar switch panel.

                      Nice! Is that little brace going to be enough though? It seems like you've cut a lot of the core support bracing off without replacing much of it with other bracing...

                        It was all sheet metal for the lower support so it should be fine. Havent started up top. Gonna box in the remaining upper rad and weld a nut on the back and build a bolt on upper rad mount then brace that going back down to the frame. Also gonna run anouther bolt on brace back behind the whole rad assembly in front of the pully to keep the frame from movin around. I wanted to be able to basicly just yank the engine straight out. Plus the rad had to be tilted way forward for the taurus fan to fit.

                          ill be using a vovlo dual speed controller and a bmw 2 speed thermo switch to controller the taurus fan.

                            Fan all wired up and works great. Turns on @ 185 and idles @ around 192. The 2nd i hit the gas it'll drop back down to 175(under drive pulleys mean its not spinnin that wp pulley real fast @ idle). I think it'll be hard to get the 2nd speed to come on.

                                Broke an axel after rallying the shit out of the car on the 4th of july. Also ordered up the last couple of dinan eccentric bolts for the rear subframe (to the tune of $140 fuck) and ill be ordering as much of the hydro clutch conversion as i can afford.
