LOLz at your trans mounts, was there any vibration/kick back when changing gears??
The shifter moved back and forth when I shifted and there was lots of clunking. They looked dry rotted, but you really have to jack up the motor to see the true condition.

Hey, which harbor freight bearing kit did you purchase? You have a p/n or anything of the sort?

Would be awesome because I don't feel like spending 250 on the "official" one.

This one. I'm going to start renting it out here if you want. Its going to be a $120 deposit + 30 for a week. I'll pay shipping.

Yeah! I'm having a hard time saving the money as you can see. I hope you guys are enjoying the car as much as I did. I miss the feel of that car. I'm planning on doing a Z3 rack swap to get some of the feel back.

Hm. I'm looking to buy rather than rent, will be using it more often.

Does that work well for removing bearings as well?

Yeah. It does both. If you're interested in buying it, we could probably work something out after I'm done.

Nope. I have it all the way down and I have the camber all out of wack becuase I just put everything on. Tomorrow I'll raise it, wash it and take proper pics.
