alright it all started on march 16, 2011 when i bought my first e30. An 87 325e with 233k+ on the broken odometer. My roommate had one and i loved driving his so i picked mine up for $850 with a bad water pump. as soon as we got it back, we did the w/p and timing belt.


That's how it looked when i first got it. and to fast forward to now...


A lot happened in between those two pics

its so dirty partly due to my laziness, but mostly to keep it more of a sleeper

m-tech 1 wheel

ellipsoid conversion with HIDs

clean taillights
bumper tuck
shadowline
new grilles

my roommate was very helpful masking off the trim :up:
So needless to say, its still a work in progress.
working on a set of smoked hellas

also have euro grilles from abrahams motorsport, a new hood, rear apron, three m20s sitting in my garage, roof rack and a ton of other misc parts. if the cash flow is there, i will be getting a 2.7i together and blueprinted and begin collecting turbo parts hope you enjoy the car and i would like to hear your input and any ideas for continuing progress. thanks for looking!

i need to do shadowline on mine. actually, i need to get it running :P

Having a running car is slightly more important lol but when you do get around to shadow lining, be prepared to spend about 3 hours masking and like 20 minutes actually painting

Car Loos good. Hids are too blue for my personal taste, but tasteful work so far!

Thanks man! The big debate for me is coilovers or turbo. Both start out at like 2k for a decent setup. If things go to plan by January I will have enough saved to have a good start on a turbo setup or coilovers and a decent wheel/tire combo

What coilovers would you recommend? I've been looking into Ground Control, BC, and FK but I don't have experience with coilovers other than driving my buddy's 5 lug swap with racelands

I was looking into the ground controls, do they come with the full spindle/knuckle, or are they weld ons?

Well, I bought another one...


1989 4-door automatic sitting for two years and I hooked up a new battery to it, broke the rotors free, aired up the tires and drove that beast home.
Oh and I got it for $450 :D
