There was a set for sale at Sebring yesterday, mint shape, with brand new Falkens for $625.

Jordan, do you plan on tinting your windows? I think a light tint, like 45% would look awesome.

I may end up tinting them to 35% all around. I like having tint, sunlight reflecting off shit on your dash is annoying. That and my eyes are sensitive to light.

on second thought.....and a quick peek using an image program, maybe the black trim is the best bet.

with all body colored, there is no seperation of the body, so it looks boring and solid. The black trim helps to break up the visual of the car.

I dunno, P-shop it yourself real quick, and you should see what I mean.

here's a haggard chop: using some ghetto ass photo program:

Azev Type A's are too expensive, and honestly I just don't like them.

Thats ideal in back, and is what it *should* settle to. If it doesn't, I can remove the spring pads

The front is just too low on that car, tuckng tire in front = ghetto. I bet that car has really bad bump steer.

I just want no gap, top of tire even with fender lip is perfect IMO. Even if my car doesnt settle, I like it how it is now just fine.

One possibility is that with metal to metal contact you may wear out the paint on the springs or perches. In places like Oregon and Washington where you get a lot of rain/snow (and I would imagine that they salt the roads during winter as well), rust may be your biggest enemy. I debated leaving out the pads when I replaced my springs this past weekend and decided against it. As a matter of fact I touched up with paint spots on my springs that had exposed metal or light surface rust. Rust (if there's enough of it) is one thing that can lead to spring failure.

It rains here, does not snow. Even in the parts of the state where it does snow, they don't salt.

Salt is evil, yet so tasty.

Rain isn't going to bother anything.

I think yours it hott the way it is. I have a little gap in front and tuck a little tire in back, it looks perfect to me. But i also have the lower arches.

Personally, Jordan's ride sits just right. My problem with E30's being lowered is that the rear sits too low. Jordan's looks like the fender gap is about equal front and rear. Good job Jordan!
