    Part 5: building the head

    The entire head has been cleaned, tested and prepped for rebuilding. Here too some steps are crucial and should be done with great care. The head is a very complicated piece, but wonderful to look at.
    The head itself:


    Getting good compression values depends not only on the piston rings, but also on the valves. These need to sit perfectly into their seats. The seats are cleaned and adjusted to the valves, so that leakages should not take place.

                          I plan on doing this in like 2 or 3 years once I graduate as a gift to myself and to the car since it'll probably be at 230k or 240k. I should also have the money by then which is the biggest factor haha
