New Pics of the S14 (Non-BMW)

Finally prepped and painted the skirts that have sat in the corner of the garage for at least half a year, and swapped my nasty yellowed clear bumper lenses for some OE JDM amber bumper nipples:

Fuckin' SWEET. I love S14's, those wheels are HOT. I like the Japanese front plate, too. Ever consider doing the JDM S14 headlight swap?

Silvia's are sexy, and the engine is also a marvel, the amount of power they can push out is pretty ridicolous

Eurospeed: That's not the JDM front end, that's the OE front of the '97-'98 S14s, my headlights are the same halogen looking ones as the '95-'96 S14s ;) Every1 always asks me if I'm gonna swap for the 'shark eyes'... I guess no1 likes my front end except me :)

Widm3r:Wait till the new motor is done ;)

Matt: Thanks, I'm glad u guys like it. You know I love your car too :D

Dave: You know, drifting is a blast when your actually drifting (not tossing yourself around a parking lot mercilessly... But I am and always have been a grip fan. Corners make me excited... I can't wait to get it out on the road course for both hpde and drift events. After the motor is done and I've worked out the rest of the chassis/brakes, I'm hoping to be competitive for time trials too :)

Dunno, still has a long way to go:

It's completly torn apart now, and i've started collecting parts.

So far all I have is ARP headstuds, new OE gasket kit, aluminum flywheel, and other assorted things. It's gonna be built to support a GT3071R with the goal of a solid 350-400whp with full boost by ~3200-3500 rpm. Still working out some of the details, as it was blown when I got it and a few things need to be addressed... the good news was that the block wasn't harmed :)

Sweet ride. My wife bought one brand new in 95 just like yours. I had no idea back them what these cars were capable of or I would've modded the shit out of it. But I sideswiped a 5th wheel trailer getting loose around a corner and totaled it. Young and dumb thats the first and last time I've been in a wreck that was my fault.

Nothing too "marvelous" about a sr20det. Throw boost at any capable engine and it will make a lot of power. Shit, i am planning a turbo m10 for my e21, 1BAR 230 whp and just as much if not more torque.

It's true that boost on almost any engine can produce good results, but it's true that some engines take to it better as well. My friends S50E30 put down 313rwhp with 4psi!

Nice S14 though, how loud is that exhaust?

255's last I heard. He's over 500rwhp now though... still no traction.
