Had these authentic BBS RZ 15" for a while. They are the auto-x and track wheels wrapped around Azenis 615s. I went to Little Taladega track with some buddies on Friday.

-- These Azenis are really ideal for street, auto-x and short track laps. Wet grip is awesome. Good wheels for the $$ in my book
-- If you think your car is badass. take it to the track and see how it hold up. I am pleased to say I am VERY satisfied with my. 174k mi all stock with Konis & GCs which put smiles on my face all day.
-- Don't sleep on your driver's education. To start off, spend money on perfecting your driving even if you start of in a $500 m10 or eta.
-- I learned a whole lot about the "race line," and how it ties in to entry and exit speeds. learned about staying in one gear instead of rowing through gears and a ton more. (Thanks to Channing - he doesn't post here)
-- If you say you're afraid your car will break or you only want to hook up you car for mountain driving etc, you're missing out. This was much much fun without worrying about the police etc or totalling your car due to some other little issue. Yes shiet can happen on a track too but it's better than out on the road.
-- Getting a perfect lap is NOT as easy as you would think, when you do get it, you're as happy as hell 8-)
-- Don't follow people on the track, drive your line till you catch them and pass them I caught myself do this for a few secs and saw the light.
-- All you need is a basic reliable car, fuck that talk about LSD, super this super that, bla bla bla, it helps but seriously, I hate to be old man - preacher...BUT...learn with your car so far as it's reliable. My "mentor" was Channing in an m10 318i.
-- Trail brakin is fun as hell, but can scare you too
-- Drifting towards a cone is much more fun that drifting towards a concrete curb
** Only issue for me: Cam sensor bolt backed out causing some oil to leak out...tightened it back and VOILA
