I have a set of 16x7.5 E28 M5 BBS which I also like but right now they have oversized tires on them. I'm not sure what to do with them since 16" is sort of an uncommon wheel size these days and the M3's

Throw a set of 225/45/16 Start Spec ZII's on them and put the car on the track!

The car looked amazing and was hands down the best M3 at the CarBQ. I know the feeling about the wheels. I wanted a set of SSR's in high school and never pulled the trigger because I was always broke. I have them now on my E30 and they arent going anywhere. Not quite the same as far as the OMG factor, but 11# 16" wheels do it for me and thats all that matters. Love the car, cant wait to see it again

Yes, yes...much better visibility. DTM mirrors are very close to the body and are tall while ACS mirrors are wider and so is the glass + automotive glass is slightly convex. The fact they are motorized is the cherry on top. These are perfect.
