This is a beautiful example of an E30M3. But I am confused on the "My dads and my E30 M3".

Did you split the cost and have 50% ownership? Is this a father son build, that is your fathers now but when you are old enough to drive it will be yours? Is it a dedicated track car that you and your father both use? Or you both wanted an E30M3 and you are sharing this one until you find another one, then you will each own one.

It's just I could not share this car with someone, it would be mine and only mine. I admire your character to be able to share such an exquisite example of an E30M3.

Then past 3000rpm, that droning sound in your ears fades, and the S14 starts to scream more and more the higher you rev it.
Even in idle it is very loud, already got a "word" by a neighbour who was angry.
Sounds like my m42... stupid drone below 3k...

          Beautiful car!!! Wow!

Yes, the wire is going forward. The car has xenon lights, and there is one box connected next to the drivers side headlight, this is where it is going.
Mtechnik II steering wheel is in now. But it is the biggest one, we are looking for an 365mm that we want to put in, and one photo at the fuel station...

Maybe I can make a video of the engine sound sooner or later.

The engine has 284° inlet and 276° outlet cams by Schrick, including harder Valvesprings, lifters and so on.
48mm throttle Body. Lightened crankshaft and flywheel. Widened inlet and outlet ducts including bigger inlet and outlet valves.
11,5:1 compression, single spark plug for each cylinder, KMS engine management, evo 3/sport evo crankshaft and engineblock. Engineblock was bought brand new at BMW. DTM header, 2x63,5mm exhaust pipes, bigger water cooler, bigger oil cooler and so on...
The engine was built by "Peter Röllinghoff" who is an german expert for the S14 engine. You can find some stuff by him when you google.
I can't express how much I hate you.

That sounds great. The crackle on the overrun is breathtaking.
Would love a video from outside the car.
                      My neck hurts though...

I'm fairly certain from reading the first post that they purchased it in rebuilt form, the pictures from the rebuild are either the dealer they bought it from or the previous owner.

Hello, yes exactly. I think I wrote it two or three times already, that we dont earn any credit. The previous owner did let the work done by a chassis shop, and did the rest of the work with his company, while Röllinghoff built the engine. I just wanted to share this car here. Sorry in case you got me wrong.
