got some exhaust work done today. I couldnt believe the exhaust before the muffler was only 1.75" pipe.lol I just took a 2-2.5" adapter directly to a 2.5-3"adapter and then like 3ft of 3inch after that out the back on each pipe. sounds really good. will post pics soon and hopefully a link to a video

so the next day i just started beating it out. trying to fix it myself.
after a few hours with a sledge hammer and a 2x4 this is the outcome. i cant go any further until i figure out how to pull out that quarter. but i whent to a guy that my mom whent to highschool with who pains and does body work. he said itd be every bit of 3 grand to fix. BUT if i do the work (obviously he would help) it would be half the price since he wouldnt have to pay his guys to work on it. which i think would be awesome because i would love to have that experience. ive never done any body work before so this will be a good learning curve for me. and hell paint it too but thatll be a different price.

However, you can still save it if you want to get yourself dirty with cut and weld

My first e30
Easier said than done, but I'm all for people saving e30s after crashes. You might have to find a donor; I would think that damage is too far gone to be fixed without heaps of filler
I smashed my front end and fixed it myself last year with some cut and weld. Most people can't believe how badly it was damaged after seeing it restored in person.
Get crackin' ;D

That's a good ass deal if it's quality body work.
