it used to sit lower, but i stripped the sound deading, AC, PS, spare, radio

yes, shes no show car. the way i drive i cant justify a 5k paintjob.

when i removed the carpet i found 3 rust holes in the floorboards 2-3", so yea, the chassis is junk, hence the flat black.

the motor is another story. i bought it from a friend of mine who had $4k in the rebuild. blueprint, balance, aggressive port and polish, intake and exhaust manifolds portmatched, lightned flywheel, and a bunch of new seals, gaskets, etc. The exhaust is the i dual with a gutted cat and muffler. it idles like a smallblock, and revvs like crazy.

o and the ellipsoids are real.;-)

So for the price of your headlights you could of at least afforded a $300 Maaco paint job, which would look heaps better than a spray bomb job.

I like it. Flat black is definately in. That's the perfect flat black car. Built along the lines of the old school rat rod. Looks like shit, but motor and suspension make up the car anyway. I am a huge fan of beating on my car. I would never, ever spend $$$$ for a paint job on a car I'm just going to beat down anyway. Good luck.

I just think it's funny how most people don't accept difference in taste, period. I happen to think that for a car that is really only meant to get the job done as far as driving goes, it looks fine. That's my opinion. No need to call me an idiot for it. I didn't call you an idiot.
