Are you running gc coils without camber plates? How low are you and do you rub? spring rates? sorry for all the questions camber plates are last thing i need and if i can get by with out them for a while I will. Car looks great though -
thanks
never even heard of that before. looks kinda funky to me.
ill probably just end up buying a delete plate from bimmerworld or wherever else i can find one, expensive but the easiest option for me.Leave a comment:

Good work going on in here. Ive never seen one on a E30 but is a California top possible? I think one like this would be pretty cool.

nothing really too exciting to update,
but ive been daily driving this for a month now and so far everything has been running smooth, with a small hickup from the fuel pump and FP relay. replaced both of them and its back on the road.
purchased a good condition Thule roof rack from ebay and some Euro Grilles.
heres how she sits now. my hood alignment is way off, but i cant figure out how to fix it and have it shut properly.

Great work man, you're making a lot of good progress. I can't wait to see how its gonna look when its finishedLeave a comment:

yeah that would work. but i would still rather have the panel.yeah i'm in the same boat. nobody makes good fiberglass filler panel that doesn't cost $400 and your first born. and welding is sketchy cause the heat will warp the roof VERY quickly. i'm thinking i might just panel bond a sheet of ABS to the underside of the roof then use a VERY SMALL layer of filler to smooth the hole. still on the fence about the whole situation though
bimmerworld sells one but i'm hesitant because of the price. i might just have to buck up and buy it.Leave a comment:

thanks guys!
im still trying to comprehend what he was thinking. now the whole roof is a mess.
future plans for the roof are to cut out the sunroof completely and either
-weld a new piece in place, or
-find some kind of delete plate to put in place of it.Leave a comment:

this looks nice. good work on that roof, looks like it was a shit show.
the simplicity of your brake and suspension setup is nice tooLeave a comment:

My god, how could someone prefer a roof drenched in bondo over a sunroof? Just seems like such a step backwards to me. Nice work though, looks like the car is in good handsLeave a comment:
