I think it's fascinating how so many people are really getting their jimmy's rustled by this kid.

    is it their car?
    no?
    solution, move on.

will it or does it affect their health?
    no?
    solution, move on.

There ARE some really nice E30's still out there, this guy is doing whatever he pleases...
    you don't like it?
    tough titties.

it's certainly not my style, or 'thing' so to speak but what makes the world an interesting and exciting place to live is infact DIVERSTY

What's wrong with DYIng? Saves money...the intent was to get the car to bare metal...the how doesn't really matter, as long at the intent is met

I just came here to repeat the term "Media Blast" as it seems to be trending, and purists can fuel their shit eating grins to see the words "media" and "blast" repeated once more.

So is leaving your bare metal car parked outside while waiting to get a paintjob also one of the correct steps to do it right?

Sorry OP, but there's really no way to save face this late into the situation. Just admit you saw rusty's build thread and thought it was real cool so you decided you wanted a clone.

    Grinders? How barbaric.

Media blasting alone cost over a grand so no.. And chemicals I used also not doing well, the car was repainted a million times by now and has lots of bondo, luckily it's all straight.
