Opinions: cutting holes in the front bumper

I've been bouncing an idea in my head for a while (saw it on someone's car, but now can't find pictures - please post a link/photos if you know the car(s) that have done that) of using a hole saw to cut holes into the front bumper to allow more airflow to the radiator, but more importantly because I think it will look good/fit the style of the car.

Also fwiw the bumper is cracked on the back side and paint is mostly gone just so you guys don't think I'm cutting up good clean parts.

I need opinions on which layout you all think would look best. Please refer to my high quality photoshop pictures for reference.

Option 1 - 6 holes in line with bumper trim

Option 2 - 4 holes in line with bumper trim

Option 3 - 4 large holes in line with full bumper

Option 1 wouldn't look TOO bad... Even though this pretty much has Honda esque written all over it.

I don't get the point. It won't help with aero or cooling, why would you weaken your car even a tiny bit?

I have looked and looked and looked at this thread, and it's pole, numerous times now, and for the life of me I can't seem to locate the GAY option.

It appears I forgot to put on my flame suit. Didn't think there would be so much opposition to the idea. Maybe it sounds and looks better in my head than it would in real life.

I might still do it like option 1. I have euro trim on order so if it looks bad, it will get covered up anyway.

It wont help with aero, in fact makes it worse, but it definitely will help with cooling (assuming he is also drilling through the valence)

Its functional, but are you really having cooling issues to that extent?

if you have extra trim to cover it up, why not try it, but I really dont see it being necessary. I have a M42 radiator with a SPAL puller and even that holds up to LAs nasty summer bumper to bumper traffic.

I voted for the one that wouldnt ruin your bumper and seems to fit with the bumper trim and can be somewhat reversable
