I would never ruin good euro trim for this. THAT would be flame worthy blasphemy. IF I do it at all, I'll do it first with the US trim to see if I like it. I got a set of old worn scuffed and faded euro trim which I plan on restoring; I wouldn't feel too bad about it cutting up.Comment

It's done. And I like it. Also fwiw it did drop operating temp by about a needle width.
