I haven't updated much in a while since I recently graduated from college and got a new job, but I'm happy to announce that I have not lost any interest with the e30. I'm actually looking for another e30 for my girlfriend, but she wants a 2 door, so if anyone knows of a decent manual 2 door e30 for sale near San Diego please let me know.

Since then and now I picked up a set of front floor mats (1 series) that fit and look great, also picked up a 3 gauge console for the center A/C vent, and picked up a set of red seatbelts. Probably will not be installing the seatbelts until I reupholster the seats since I don't think the red will look good with the grey interior.

Here is a pic of the red belts I picked up

I cannot speak for other airbag kits, but it handles better with the airlift performance bags than with the vogtland/bilstein sports it had before, it feels "similar" to coilovers. With that said, I use the car as a daily driver and not a track car so comfort and convenience was a higher priority over peak performance... plus I always wanted a bagged car.

The ride is so much better with the new shocks, I am glad that I got the new chocks because the jarring ride was getting really annoying and it took away from the enjoyment of driving the car.

^ Thanks! The bags ride good but the ride can get jarring when the roads are rough, but I blame the bilstein sports on the rear.

Wow the setup looks great with the newer wheels you got. Definitely step above the old basketweaves. Hows the bags ride so far, Will definitely be better with the stocks I am sure

AirLift performance had 20% discount on their products and I never bought their rear shocks when I got the bags, so I finally pulled the trigger. Hopefully I get some free time in a few days to install them.

Just finished installing an AKG mono wiper on the e30, and it was a major pain in the ass to install. I had it perfectly aligned on the center but after using it for a while the alignment got thrown off, Im gonna try to align it tomorrow.

I don't have any pictures of the car with the DTM mirrors yet, but here are some pictures of the car with the oem mirrors.

The mirrors are actually gonna look kinda odd because of their size and shape, but I'm going for an old school DTM "inspired" look. I just need to get a mono wiper, evo III rear spoiler with gurney flap, AC Schnitzer rear apron, and DTM exhaust tips.
