R3V January 2016 Car Of The Month - Nisse Jarnet

    **Editors Note**
I couldnt wait any longer, we've got a solid selection of Cars I want to feature for 2016 and I wanted to get started a little early. I chose this amazing iX because its pretty much the type of car we want to build that would conquer the world. Not surprised its coming out of the Sweden, it seems like when they want to build something crazy, they really go crazy. He doesnt have a million pictures, because his car needs to be in action and his many kill videos prove its not to be messed with. Enjoy the video he put together for us and join me in Congratulating Nisse on his well deserved Car of the Month!

    Factory options:
4 door with sunroof, heated seats and central locking, pretty much it!

    Color: Lachs silber.

    Interior color: Black/dark blue.

Engine modifications: M50 with M52B28 (2.8) crank, PPF rods, CP pistons, cooper ring HG, ARP mains/head, VAC oil pump kit, new chains/guides/tensioners/gears, PPF Z2 cams, Supertech valves and springs with PPF CrMO retiners, M54B30 cam trays and lifters, PPF spec intake and exhaust manifold, Precision 6765 turbo, 1260cc injectors. Custom mount arms with custom delrin mounts. 8000 rpm redline and 720awhp @ 25 psi boost.

Exhaust: 3.5" custom made all the way back with one muffler.

Transmission: ZF 320 5 speed with modified linkage and short shifter, M30 flywheel with Sachs 765 pressure plate and ZF racing organic unsprung disc. E34ix TC controlled with the Autronic ECU, custom trans bracket and delrin mount. Custom one piece rear drive shaft, stock E34ix front drive shaft with a custom centric spacer.

Differential: 188 3.38 torsen in the rear and E34ix 3.38 up front.

Suspension: Ground control coil overs and camber plates, rear adjustable toe/camber weld ins, delrin bushes in the rear subframe and diff mount, new rubber trailing arm bushes and excentric solid rubber for the front control arms.

Wheels: 5x120 MiM speedline 17" at the moment.

    Exterior modifications: None yet.

Interior modifications: 7" touchscreen dash for the Autronic, rest is stock for now. Have to put in sport seats..

Story behind the car: Bought it bone stock from the second owner, a 84 year old man. Looked like it was never washed, especially under the hood! Sand and dirt everywhere but it was almost rust free!
Decided to go with a ix after driving my rwd E30 turbo since 2007 and got tired of the constant traction problems..

I love it when E30's make people rethink their 100K super car purchase! Epic!

Yeah, this is pure, lovely, insanity. I'm pretty sure most of the guys on r3v want what you have.

It's a bad bitch, all jokes aside.
