yeah fuck readily available parts, reliability, and smooth and decent power output. Too mainstream. At least it's something different from everyone and their mother doing a 24v swap

Sounds sweet, have fun with it, definitely not as easy as we thought it would be! Not sure how that block compares in size to the LS3, but it was definitely a tight squeeze.

Right, because bmw's are slow. And having driven and owned turbo 911s, vipers, etc my panties would twist in a hurry riding in a rotary powered E21. Still no vaild reasons for a jap motor in a BMW. Purist has nothing to do with it douche. Just makes no sense.

I don't think your panties would wad up from riding in it, just because you seem to be so against "JAP" engines in BMWs for no good reason.

My brother in law is putting an M42 in his MG-B, are you mad about that, too? Or is putting a BMW engine in something else ok?
