the engines here are pretty cheap. about $5k. there's like 10 of them on ebay right now. :pComment

Thats actually pretty good for a Euro S50B32, usually the B30s are $6000+
And usually in unknown condition, know of several who have done the conversion that have lasted 1000 odd miles before something catastrophic happening, back to the 5 times the price to repair (for us)
1uz-fe's are $1200 and are everywhere.
ANYHOOOOOOOO,
BACK TO PICS FUCKERS!!!!!

true, Ill chose more carefully next time.......still not valid reason given for doing it though. Anything a nissan, toyota , etc can do for a car a BMW engine can do as well. I'm not a BMW purist. I hate chevys in fords, fords in porsches etc. Just dont see why its needed.Whiny? Your retarded bitch. Im asking for a reason to do it. You have not given one either. Like jap engines so much? why not not buy a supra, rx7, 300zx, etc. Now until you can find a valid reason stfu and dont accuse me of being a whiner. God, I hate people like you.I was chilled until I was accussed of whining. No, by my logic a swap is fine. Want more power than the engine you have? Use a BMW engine. A nissan motor isnt needed to make power. Btw, I could be wrong , but I doubt all things being equal an m20 would make as much power as an s50. Now, I know your used to waking up with a dick in your ass, but dont assume we all do. I was never angry about this topic until the personal attacks. Go fuck yourself.sigpicComment

Jesus, someone really has a stick up their ass for my car... The reason why is simple. I wanted to keep a 4 cylinder for size and weight distribution, and I bought the entire SR setup for just a little more than I sold my M20 for. This is personal preference, but I prefer an engine that comes turbocharged from the factory rather than doing an NA-T setup. Also, at drift days about half of the people have 240sx's with SR's, thus making it easy for me to borrow parts if I break something. Another reason I did it is because it's something different, and it annoys the purists like you.Comment
