why an ETA? because that was the chassis that was put in front of me. I would have loved to have bought a later E30 with plastic bumpers and an 'i' motor, but this isnt california, I am lucky to see one or two other E30's a week here.

I just cant for the life of me decide what engine to swap in, last week I wanted to put an S50 motor in and this week I have been thinking about adding boost to the M20 and just adding some 'i' valvtrain stuff. I dunno, I need to take care of some bills and get myself out of debt and take care of a few other things first. Tooling on my car, I have missed all of my classes for the past week in a half. and I was about ready to start pulling my hair out, and when it comes down to it I just want it be reiable.Comment

I will have those credit cards payed off by the spring. I dont condone spending what you dont have and arent going to have for quite some time. Oil filter relocation kit and oil cooler are on the way.
I am getting some new tires 205/60/14's, and yes the tire rack did warranty out the tires I am getting 100% of what I paid for these tires because they still have 100& tread depth by some miracle. I rationalized that a lot of cars sit for more than a few weeks at a time in dealership lots and they dont have a problem with the tread cracking like it did. Yes the new tires are another set of BF Goodrich Traction T/A's I am not looking for all out performance with these tires I am looking for a good winter tire that can get traction in the snow and can maintain all of the characteristics of a sporty tire in the dry. Summer wheels and tires are still a ways off though, but so is summer
JRowe and I are going to fabricate a 2.5in exhaust for my car next week sometime.
A big thanks goes out to JRowe for pitching in a few parts to help make car a little more complete than it is.
The shifter rebuild is going to have to wait for another 2 weeks.Comment
