                            Honestly, if I can get rid of the gap in the seal, I'd be happy with the fitment, it isn't bad at all. Its just that big ass gap...

                              Where did you get your sunroof gasket from? Is it the factory 2 piece? Is it new or old? Older gaskets tend to become thinner and worn over time from all the friction from opening and closing and tilting and such, so if you haven't gotten it already, a newer gasket should help.

                              Have you tried moving the panel as far forward as possible when screwing it in? There are quite a few millimeters of adjustment forward and back when screwing the bolts into the sunroof mounting tabs. I'm quite stumped here as I've seen this panel mount totally snug with a new seal.
