wow thats like a 3 inch drop? thats sick. it gives the front end that nice stance. instead of that reverse rake. Are you more prone to rubbing with a +1 oversized tire, even if you are rolled out and everything? i have H&Rs for my ix. you think it would be tough if i ran 225/50/16 on an et35, instead of 225/45/16 and rolled the fenders nicely?

I was up above it, Now I'm down in it ~ Entropy - A Build thread.

so here is another bit of an update. went shopping today and came home with 2 M20s!
1 is a complete M20B25 and the other is a M20B27. filled the complete bed of my truck including the 2 motors for a STEAL of a price. junkyards in germany are a great place sometimes.
haha getting there slowly. also started to do a bit of welding.
ran out of gas in my bottle, but got one side 85% done.
I think I am going to reinforce the corners really good for when the cage goes in it to make sure it all stays safe.

even hit it up with some chrome in a can!!

remember he was sent to france, there were reasons. TD's are great. You can boost the crap out of them because they pretty much run on detonation.

Why the hell would you want to rub a tire that huge? Buy spacers or lower your car more. 225/50-16 is going to destroy your fender lips. I ran them for 1 day on my E30 and it was unbearable. The tires were basically in contact with the fenders even at a dead stand still, but my car was down lower than Mike's and the rims were ET20.

I dont know why your trying act like a diesel e30 gets great fuel mileage. they dont. the newer common rail diesels get that kind of mileage, but no the crapbox older ones. the turbo diesels in the e30 are junk ass motors.
and no, you cant run very much more boost on them, because then they REALLY detonate like crazy. the owner of the diesel ihave now, ran propane injection on it, and had to downsize the nnedle BIG time cause it sounded really bad. but he said it was still like having a nice 50-75 shot of NOS on it though.

really the car isnt all that low to be worried about the oilpan--in germany anyways. the junkyards here have really very little amounts of e36s in them. but alot of e30 and tons of e34s.-- in the U.S. army yards. the german yards really dont even have that many BMWs to pick from- most of the german yards pick the cars apart themselves, and then store the parts in big storage buildings

on a side note.. diesels run by detonation O.o (but i understand what you mean)
