          I placed 10th overall, not my best, but I still won SM by a good margin. I was pretty low on confidence in the morning, and the car felt kinda loose - but I managed to shave 4 tenths off on my last run (we got 10 total!). all of the top 10 cars were within a few 10ths of each other though, so it's not like I was that far behind - a lot of subaru STI's, a new GTI driven by some very fast drivers, and a track prepped 328is.

          But my driving has improved a TON last in the last year, and I actually think having a camera makes a big difference - I can see what my hands are doing and what mistakes I made. a year ago, I was doing a lot of hand over hand, now I shuffle steer 90% of the time. much better control of the car that way. :)
