Nothing is bent but 2 of you bring up good points. The PS axel is OEM and the DS (the broken one) is a remanufactured one. I am going to BMW now to see what a new set will cost.

Also I am going to replace every single bushing from the doors back to be sure all is good in the ass end. Who knows, I am just tired of replacing axles.

Yea something is wrong. This was a remaned axle not a new one so that may have something to do with it. They always break at the diff. The shaft seperates from the connecting hub, exposing the bearings in the axle hub. I dont know. I am ordering all new buskings tonight for the entire rear subframe, hopefully this and new axles will help.

Maybe its your wheel spacers? I have 2 reman'ed CV's and they are good as new.

Have you had any problems with the diff? I never have broken an axle, but when I was running the m30 I went through 2 rear ends. Those failures though could more be put down to driving like a d-bag than to any mechanical deficiency. I would just look for a couple of good used axles and make sure everything else in the drive train is square/up to par.

Yes guys, trust me, i've gone through 3 half shafts in like 2 months, whenever i drop the clutch, bang they would snap.... Its from the tyres gripping to much to the ground, and the Pirelli P7000 are great tyres!!!
