Engineers don't have time to share that info. Just trust my friend, trust. Even if they can't do simple conversions, their engineering is above our comprehension level.

And the kerb weight goes up. Next post, he is gonna claim it was from the inadvertent miscalculation from deg Kelvin.

Well look, I already told you! I deal with the goddamn customers so the engineers don't have to! I have people skills! I am good at dealing with people! Can't you understand that? What the hell is wrong with you people?

I would just get a 1984 318i, remove the spare tire and back seat and I believe I'd be at 2300 lbs.

Seat: ABS Shell grafted to the works with closed cell foam rather than high density foam rubber.

Go to an aviation electrical supply or millitary industrial surplus place for your wire... I think it called TCU Fine Core.

But don't you need the weight on a plow truck?

and the hollowing out of the already hollow cams? did you happen to weigh the splinters of metal that were removed?

I thought prev. you mentioned something about using some other kind of metal for the tubing in the seat frames?
Im kinda lost in the weight reduction "hollowing the hollow cams" you added iS sideskirts??? why

I'm pretty sure you are one of the only people on this forum to disassemble sport seats and reassemble them with lighter materials. Maybe you have some close up pics to share? I'm sure a lot of people would be interested.

Also, I'd like to see what you did with the rear subframe.

                                M42 cams are hollow?
